 I.背景：

  近几年为应对温室气体的排放导致的**变暖、气候变化等问题,各大国纷纷对焦推进电动汽车，从而减少传统燃油汽车带来的大量温室气体排放。而推进新能源汽车的各项举措之中，充电桩的基础建设，又是其中的重中之重，以此为背景，**涌现出大量充电桩基建项目。
